Geschmack sehr gut, Zubereitung ist einfach, ich habe lediglich die Wassermenge um 20 ml erhöht (Erfahrung aus den Brotbackmischungen)

Hatte etwas Probleme mit dem Teig, da sich dieser wie Kaugummi gezogen hat. Habe es aber trotzdem fertig gebracht dass es funktioniert hat.
Die Brötchen haben auch gut geschmeckt mit feiner Knobinote ohne dass der Knoblauch zu sehr vorgeschmeckt hat.
