Returns

If you wish to return your order or part of your order because you changed your mind, please refer to the cancellation policy:

You can cancel your purchase contract within 14 days after your package has arrived. Exchanges are not possible.

Important: Opened food items cannot be returned.
Please fill out the return form and include it with your return shipment. This ensures that we can clearly identify your return and process your refund quickly.

You will receive a refund for the returned items. The refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive your return in our warehouse. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method used for the order. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your next monthly statement. You are responsible for covering the direct return shipping costs.

If you are returning an order that included a free gift, please return the gift as well. If you are returning only some items and the remaining order value falls below the threshold for the gift, you must also return the gift.

If you wish to return one product from a bundle, you must return all products from that bundle.

If you received an incorrect or faulty item, we will cover the return costs, and you will receive a prepaid return label. In this case, please contact our customer service, providing your order number and the reason for the complaint.
