Food. Friend or foe?

I know so many people who count calories, have meal plans, rules, and timelines. I was one of those people myself.

Today I eat what I want, when I want. I'm happy and finally love my body again.

Because real food makes you happy and satisfied. Less is more. 70% of supermarket food is ultra-processed. But what's the point?

Our bodies don't need lab-grown food or a list of E numbers. They crave real food, ingredients they understand.

Food should not be heavy on the stomach, but light on the heart.

It should give strength, not take energy away.

Forget the artificial rules. Forget industrial food.

I believe a healthy diet makes us happier people. I work toward this goal every day and hope to make as many people as possible happier.
